EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This Agreement made and entered into this ________ day of ______, 20__, by and between_______ (“employer”), and _____ (“employee”). The parties recite that :
A. Employer is engaged in ______ and maintain business premise at _________.
B. Employee is willing to be employed by employer, and employer is willing to employ employee, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. 1. AGREEMENT TO EMPLOY AND BE EMPLOYED

2. DESCRIPTION OF EMPLOYEE’S DUTIES
Subject to the supervision and pursuant to the orders, advice, and direction of employer, employee shall perform such duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other businesses or enterprises of the same or similar nature as that engaged in by employer. Employee shall additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by employer.

3. MANNER OF PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEE’S DUTIES
Employee shall at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, experience, and talent, perform all duties that may be required of the from his pursuant to the express and implicit term hereof, to the reasonable satisfaction of employer. Such duties shall be rendered at the abovementioned premises and at such other place or places as employer shall in good faith require or as the interests, needs, business, and opportunities of employer shall require or make advisable.
4. DURATION OF EMPLOYMENT
The term of employment shall be ________ years, commencing on ______, 19___, and terminating ________, 19___, subject, however, to prior termination as otherwise provided herein.
5. COMPENSATION; REIMBURSEMENT

Employee shall devote all of his time, attention, knowledge, and skill solely and exclusively to the business and interests of employer, and employer shall be entitled to all benefits, emoluments, profits, or other issues arising from or incident to any and all work, services, and advice of employee. Employee expressly agrees that during the term hereof he will not be interested, directly or indirectly, in any form, fashion, or manner, as partner, officer, director, stockholder, advisor, employee, or in any other form or capacity, in any other business similar to employer’s business or any allied trade, except that nothing herein contained shall be deemed to prevent or limit the right of employee to invest any of his surplus funds in the capital stock or other securities of any corporation whose stock or securities are publicity owned or are regularly traded on any public exchange, nor shall anything herein contained by deemed to prevent employee from investing or limit employee’s right to invest his surplus funds in real estate.

2. DESKRIPSI TENTANG PEKERJAAN PIHAK KEDUA
Tunduk pada pengawasan dan sesuai dengan saran, dan arahan dari pihak pertama, pihak kedua pun harus melakukan tugas seperti yang lazim dilakukan oleh orang yang memegang posisi seperti di bisnis lain atau perusahaan dari sifat yang sama atau serupa seperti yang terlibat dalam oleh pihak pertama. Pihak kedua harus memberikan tambahan layanan lain apabila ada tugas yang mungkin ditugaskan kepadanya sewaktu-waktu oleh pihak pertama.

3. CARA KINERJA PIHAK KEDUA
Pihak kedua harus selalu dengan setia, tekun, dan memberikan yang terbaik dari kemampuannya, dari pengalamannya, dan dari bakatnya, serta melakukan semua tugas yang mungkin diperlukan untuk kepuasan pihak pertama. Tugas tersebut harus diberikan di tempat di atas dan di tempat lain sesuai dengan keperluan, kebutuhan, bisnis dan peluang kerja oleh pihak pertama.

4. MASA KERJA

5. Kompensasi; Penggantian
Pihak pertama harus membayar pihak kedua dan pihak kedua setuju untuk menerimanya dari pihak pertama, pembayaran penuh untuk jasa pahlawan berdasarkan perjanjian ini, kompensasi sebesar Dolar ( Dolar) setiap tahun, dibayarkan
Selain itu, pihak petama akan mengganti setiap dan semua biaya yang diperlukan oleh pihak kedua, biasa, dan biaya umum yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak pertama selama bepergian untuk dan atas nama pihak pertama berdasarkan petunjuk dari pihak pertama.

6. Kesetiaan pihak kedua kepada kepentingan pihak pertama
Pihak kedua akan mencurahkan semua waktu, perhatian, pengetahuan, dan kemampuan semata-mata dan secara khusus untuk pekerjaan dan kepentingan pihak pertama, dan pihak pertama berhak untuk menaikkan semua kepentingan, pembayaran, keuntungan, atau hal-hal lainya dari atau kebetulan dalam setiap dan segala pekerjaan, pelayanan-pelayanan, da saran dari pihak kedua. Pihak kedua secara jelas menyetujui bahwa selama masa sekarang ia tidak akan tertarik, secara langsung atau tidak langsung, dalam bentuk apapun, pakaian, atau sikap, sebagai rekan, petugas, direktur, pemegang saham, pembimbing, karyawan, atau dalam bentuk dan kekuatan apapun, dalam pekerjaan lainnya yang sama dengan pekerjaan pihak pertama atau setiap pekerjaan yang bersekutu, kecuali tidak ada apa-apa didalamnya akan dianggap mencegah atau membatasi hak-hak pihak kedua untuk menanam setiap dana keuntungannya dalam modal persediaan atau keamanan dari setiap badan hukum yang menyediakan atau mengamankan yang dimiliki secara umum atau yang diperdagangkan secara rutin dalam setiap penukaran umum, atau tidak akan ada sesuatu didalamnya yang dianggap untuk mencegah pihak kedua dari menanam atau membatasi hak-hak pihak kedua untuk menanam modal keuntunganya dalam bentuk barang tetap.

7.5 Kendaraan tidak digunakan untuk keperluan yang tidak resmi atau merugikan

7.6 Kendaraan tidak dioperasikan secara sembarangan atau ceroboh.

7.7 Kendaraan tidak dioperasikan oleh orang lain yang tidak dikenal tanpa perijinan tertulis dari pemilik

8. JAMINAN

Penyewa dengan ini bersedia bertanggung jawab penuh atas segala kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh tabrakan, kebakaran, banjir, kerusuhan, pencurian atau apapun bentuknya dengan diatas kertas dalam surat perjanjian pemyewaan mobil ini kecuali kerusakan yang disebabkan dari dalam mobil tersebut.

The embrace experience

I have a close friend at my home environment, his name is Erwin Sinaga, but I called Erwin. He is a descendant of Batak's family. I have knew him since 8 years ago. He is older 3 years than me, I knew him when I played football together at nearly my home. In the morning, I woke up the sleepy from the bedroom after he take away me with his car to go to ITC Cempaka Mas, I was very surprise because I didn't take a bath and eat. Erwin said " come on, get in my car, don't take a bath before accompany me to buy a video cassette " and I replied " are you crazy? I can't prepare all of this " however my close friend persuade me again and again so that I deal with him to go as fast as possible.

In ITC, we walk away to find a cassette, but nothing to get it, because some cassette store is still closed at 08.00 AM. We walk away the surrounded places while waiting the cassette store opened, we just wear short pants, clothes with not good smell and sandals. I was tired, we hang out at the mobile phone store. We talk together with shopman, but the shopman is a women, firstly I was very shy because my clothes is dirty and not suitable to talk with her but she was enjoy with us. Afterthat The recorded store is opened, we have been waiting longer time. Erwin get in to the place, i was waiting in outside room, finally Erwin didn't bring his wallet and money, his money have been in his home. We were nothing to get it.

Creativity

creativity is a person creates something new like an art of painting, music and etc, it can be related an art, many people living on the world are creator and art has become creativity to make something else. beautiful and wonderful are 2 kinds of word which are related to art and creativity, almost all of many people often heard of music otherwise they can sing a song beautifully, the creator music has an ability to make music becomes wonderful song if they can launch the creativity as well as possible.
Psychology part of the children usually have a great creativity and positive thinking. they can learn fastly everything where they get and to do the best something like made a toys from bamboo, count of number, and etc. they get inspiration from their mindset and naturally soul. learning about children creativity are very easy because they would like to try everthing what they like. as important to their education is positive thinking whatever they do. if they is given the wrong way, they couldn't grow up goodly, also can affect to their creativity.
